2021 Inclusion Collaborative Conference

Attendees will learn the most important things to communicate to first responders in an emergency situation. They will also learn the importance of the SNAP program. This program is designed to provide First Responders with important information when responding to calls that involve individuals with a memory disorder, hearing impairment, or other behavioral disability. Any family member of someone with special needs can complete an application that includes their physical or psychological description, medical conditions, and an updated photo that gets registered in a confidential database. This information is only disclosed to appropriate emergency personnel via the Dispatch Center.
